Compliance & Policies

This site is a listings directory. It does not process payments and does not ship products. You are responsible for ensuring any listing and purchase complies with laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdictions.

Core rules

  1. Age restricted: Content is intended for adults. Age gate is enabled site-wide.
  2. No medical claims: Do not claim a product treats, cures, prevents, or mitigates any condition.
  3. COA transparency: If you claim “lab tested”, provide a COA link (preferably per-batch).
  4. Clear labeling: Specify cannabinoid type and potency where applicable.
  5. Shipping restrictions: Vendors must state where they ship and where they do not.
  6. Admin approvals: Vendors and listings can require manual approval before going live.

  • Business name + website
  • Support email
  • COA / lab testing policy URL
  • Shipping regions & restrictions
  • Returns and customer support policy on your own website

Marketplace enforcement

Admins can disable or delete listings, revoke approvals, and review reports. Report logs help identify repeat issues.

  • Spam, scams, or affiliate cloaking
